The last update of the Kindle integrates Facebook and Twitter

Amazon began airing the last update (version 2.5) Kindle DX, its electronic book reader. Planned for the month of May 2010, found among the new features the integration of Facebook and Twitter .

This integration of two major online social networks is not an adaptation to stick to a general trend, in fact, Amazon has taken a creative use of these services: share with friends in our readings of passages directly from the Kindle.

Not content with this innovation great too obvious, other features are introduced in this update:

  • The ability to organize his books and documents into collections,
  • Focus on PDF documents
  • Device protection with a password when it is not in use,
  • Add new fonts to write bigger and sharper,
  • ...

We see with this update that the Kindle has not said its last word against the ruthless iPad , quite the contrary Amazon is stepping up efforts to give us a more exciting product ever ...

Meanwhile, Facebook and Twitter are now integrated into the Amazon Kindle.
